Ingredients:
Paneer ( Cottage Cheese)
Capsicum
Onion
Grated ginger
Garlic cut into small pieces
Green chilly

Cornflour paste - 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with water
Salt

Corn flour
Maida or All purpose flour

Cornflour paste - 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with water

Ingredients for batter:
Corn flour
Maida or All purpose flour
Soya sauce
Chilli powder
Salt
Method of Preparation:
Mix together all the ingredients mentioned for batter in a bowl by adding little water. Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and deep fry in cooking oil till the paneer is golden brown.
Now heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies , onion and saute over a high flame till onion turns golden brown. Add capsicum and saute for few more seconds.
Mix 2 tbsp of corn flour with little water to form a smooth paste. Add soya sauce, salt and cornflour paste to the above mixture. Allow the mixture to boil for a minute . Add the fried paneer pieces and mix well.
Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.
